Notes:

• Deals 130% weapon damage.
• Has a 30% chance to apply Stunned to an enemy target, stunning them for 3 seconds.
• Has a chance to apply Insolent Fools to Caster for 4 seconds, increasing caster's Endurance by 30% and applying an HoT to the caster.

Unshackle

Also applies Kneel Before the Nation, increasing your outgoing damage and reducing your incoming damage by 50% for 12 seconds. At rank 10, you sacrifice your opponent’s soul to the Void, increasing their incoming damage by 5% for 20 seconds, stacks to 10.

Undying Highlord

Type: Passive Ability
Description: Starting at rank 1, all skills (excluding Contract) have a 20% chance to apply Insolent Fools, increasing your Endurance by 30% while healing you over time for 3 seconds. At rank 10, Undying Highlord permanently increases your Endurance by 50% and Armageddon increases your opponent’s incoming damage by 5% for 20 seconds, stacks to 10.
