Description: Flash Freeze your target's Spirit, stunning them for 2 seconds and chilling them from the inside. Also inflicts Spirit Chill for 12 seconds (doesn't refresh), reducing your target's Haste and Dodge by 25% but preventing them from being stunned for the duration. Recovers 10 Mana per hit. If Synchronizing, gain 2 stacks of Frozen Essence.
Note: Deals 35% weapon damage.

Description: Drain energy from the frigid environment to heal and protect yourself. Applies Spirit Vanishing, increasing your Damage Resistance by 50% for 20 seconds. If your Spirit is being Synchronized, Fully Synchronize, increasing Crit Damage by 500%, but reducing Crit Chance by 100% for 3 seconds. If Synchronizing, gain 5 stacks of Frozen Essence.

Damage dealt by this skill is based on stacks of Frozen Essence and always hits and crits. If cast while Fully Synchronized, removes Fully Synchronized and Frozen Essence stacks.
