If 'you' plan to introduce me and that Paladin woman to someone, we should get rid of the Atlas Knights surrounding the arena. Allow me the honor of helping 'you' collect their heads. That'll make searching the streets far less tedious.
Hm, 'you' aren't disgusted or particularly gleeful. A shame. Perhaps adding these heads to the display in the arena would tease out a grin. I'd usually chew on them, but that Paladin would make a fuss over it.

That Paladin woman is trying to convince her fiance's son and his friend to leave. The King already knows the Legion is preparing to advance. That'll make the war more interesting, but if 'you' want Yara to survive, best tell her and those brats to get moving.
The boy acts like a perfectly boring son, but the girl carries herself like a wizened hag. I've noticed that the other children act the same way. They discuss philosophy and science instead of fistfighting and eating bugs. Hm, 'you' seem to already know why.

Why would I bother with a disguise when the King already knows we're here? My chains rattled the Mages, and now they're scurrying over. I prefer this. It's not every day I get to battle alongside a real Beast.
Crush their arms and legs instead of tearing off their heads? What difference does it make if they're all going to be killed anyway? Wait…the arena masked it, but now I'm starting to notice. Despite our rampage, Atlas lacks the scent of death.

The streets lack the stench of death, and I sense that it's been this way for many years. Ah. There's a hint of it wafting from beneath the ground. The person 'you' are looking for must be there. We'll find a way down, and any other hint of their presence.
'You' and the Paladin woman found her fiance's journals. That rat thinks he's hunting us, and his notes tell me everything I need to know. Cowards. I was looking forward to testing my blades and teeth against real warriors.

That Paladin woman's fiance came looking for his runaway bride and his mousey son. I've never seen a desk rat frothing at the mouth to kill. Coelho won't let Yara go unless he's dead. Shall I crush him, or would it please 'you' to?
He's dead, but I don't smell death. Tell that Paladin woman to keep a tight hold on Coelho's son. He's going to poke his eyes to give us some fake tears.

My blade yearns to carve death into the cowards of Atlas. Talk to Misaru so she can guide us to the throne. She said the castle's gates will open for us, or rather, 'you.' The Kingdom's best will be waiting. I wonder what nonsense they'll have to say.
The gates opened because Atlas wants 'you' to provide for it…in the same way Misaru did. I see why Lord Dage and the Legion weren't fully informed of the reason for 'your' wrath. He would have destroyed Atlas in an instant instead of allowing a slow fall.

I see that the King allows his favorite pets to freely roam the castle grounds. They also lack the scent of death. In fact…none of them have a beast's soul. Why don't we take our blades, and see for ourselves?
Do you take offense to my laughter? I can't help it. This is the only time when I, of all people, can call someone out on utter depravity. I can feel Yara's disgust from here. It's hard to tell if she's going to throw up, or drench the palace in blood herself.

Atlas Elites guard the throne. They're souls from ages past, inhabiting the bodies of their descendants. A fight that lacks the exhilaration of true death is infuriatingly dull. We'll make them suffer before we have an audience with their King.
It feels different when I fight alongside 'your' blade. The air is heavy with purpose, and 'your' presence forces the Elites fall to their knees. Even Yara feels it, and her sword cuts through flesh like she's carving law into stone.

The Elites and their pet beasts are being commanded to take formation outside the throne room. It seems that their King isn't ready for 'you,' so his kindred are taking charge. We'll show them that we're less than impressed.
Those who supported King Zedek's rule enjoyed luxury, and the lives their brothers and sisters never got to live. This castle is drenched in the blood of their own families. It would have been perfect if it was true red blood, instead of the metaphorical kind.

Rather than the King, we've arrived to find Atlas' Head Executioner watching the throne. How dull. Zedek's late. At least this creature calling itself Ladon will entertain us while we wait. It's hardly a worthy offering, but it'll keep our blood pumping.
Pathetic. Warriors should welcome death.
