Description: Constrict time at the present junction, and invoke a Veil of Compressed Time to protect you for 10 seconds, decreasing the damage and DoT damage you take by 40%, and increasing your Haste by 15%. In the presence of a Temporal Rift, the Daybreak Radiance heals you, applying a 10 second HoT based on its stacks. If your opponent is unaffected by a Temporal Shift, they become trapped in Twilight Shadows, taking rapid damage over time for 12 seconds.
